The Empire Terrace Suites Grand Opening on November 15th, 2004 could not have been more successful. We expected 400 people and a conservative estimate was that more than 500 showed up. The ballroom was full, as was the foyer and games room, and many more people were turned away as they could not find parking or get into the building!

The comments can be summed up in one word "WOW!" as the building could not have come out any better. The decorating, thanks to Marie, was superb. The actual physical structure is exceptional. That is to say the large room sizes and trim are well proportioned, the lighting is perfect and the use of windows to keep the space open is excellent. The walkways and entrance to the existing building are well laid out and the photos that do not do the building justice. In short we could not have asked for more from the final product or the celebration itself.

Hundreds of tours were arranged and 24 people left their names for private appointments. The day after the opening there were at least a dozen people that just showed up for a private tour that could not get the through the crowd the day before.

Renee and her staff performed flawlessly putting on an exceptional spread that included a chocolate fountain fondue that was the hit of the party.

The two units that were ready for showing were exceptionally well appointed and the comments could not have been better. The staff were congratulated at least a hundred times by people we had never met before on creating such a terrific facility.
